IN KEINEM FALL KANN ROLAND SCHERRER ZUR RECHENSCHAFT GEZOGEN WERDEN, SOLLTE EIN PROFITTVERLUST, DATEN ODER INFORMATIONEN JEGLICHER ART ODER JEGLICHE ANDERE KONSEQUENZ, SPEZIELL, INDIREKT, UNFALLMÄSSIG, STRAFBAR ODER ANDERE SCHÄDEN BEI GEBRAUCH DES PRODUKTES EINTRETEN. IN NO EVENT SHALL ROLAND SCHERRER BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF USE, DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THIS SOFTWARE.

SOFTWARE LICENSE AND CONDITIONS OF USE
If you do not agree with this conditions you must remove all program files already installed from your computer.
This program and the whole provided documentation are in the possession of Roland Scherrer and (copyright).
MS Outlook® is a registered trademark of Microsoft Corp.

USING
The purchase of this software grants to you (user) as licensee, the non-exclusive right
to use the software on a single computer.
The trial version may be used free of charge for 14 days.
Your license cannot be transferred to a third person.

RESTRICTIONS
Without prior written consent of Roland Scherrer its not permitted in any case:
* To pass on the program
* Modifying, adapting or transmitting, electronically or in any way the program or the documentation.
* Translating, disassembling or decompiling of the program.
* The rental of the program.

WARRANTY (LIMITED)
Roland Scherrer guarantees during a period of 360 days, starting from purchase date
of the full version, that the product functions in principle as described.
This program is delivered as it is. Roland Scherrer rejects any further warranty.
In particular Roland Scherrer does not take responsibility for the correct selection and
the consequences of the use of the software.
Make regular backups, also from your Outlook database (Outlook.pst).

The only liability of Roland Scherrer and the only possibility of the buyer is the replacement
within the limited warranty. Roland Scherrer reserves the right to return the purchase price of the full version.

APPLIED RIGHTS AND COURT PLACE
If a norm is not applicable, all others remain applicably. This agreement is governed by the laws of Switzerland.
Copyright is enforced by the holder in a Swiss civil law court, canton Berne.

BENUTZUNG
Der Kauf dieser Software berechtigt Sie zu deren (nicht-exklusiven) Benutzung.
Das Programm darf nur auf einem PC benützt werden und muss dem Käufer gehören oder in dessen Besitz sein.
Ausnahme: die Demo-Version, welche für 14 Tage benützt und auf beliebig vielen Pc installiert werden darf.
Das Programm inkl. Benutzungsrechte kann nicht an einen Dritten übertragen werden.

NICHT ERLAUBTE BENÜTZUNG
Ohne vorherige schriftliche Einwilligung von Roland Scherrer ist in gar keinem Fall erlaubt:
* Das Programm weiterzugeben
* Das Kopieren, Ändern oder Übermitteln, elektronisch oder sonstwie des Programmes oder der Dokumentation.
* Das Übersetzen, entassemblieren oder entkompilieren des Programmes.
* Das Vermieten und der Verleih des Programmes.

GARANTIE (LIMITIERT)
Roland Scherrer garantiert während einer Periode von 360 Tagen, ab Kaufdatum, dass das Produkt grundsätzlich wie beschrieben funktioniert.
Das Produkt wird geliefert so "wie es ist", ausser wie oben garantiert.
Roland Scherrer lehnt jegliche weitere Garantie ab.
Insbesondere übernimmt Roland Scherrer keine Verantwortung für die richtige Auswahl und die Folgen der Benutzung der Software.
Machen Sie also regelmässige Backups, auch von der Outlook-Datenbank (Outlook.pst)

LIMITIERUNG DER HAFTUNG
Die einzige Haftung von Roland Scherrer und die einzige Möglichkeit des Käufers ist die Ersatzlieferung innerhalb der limitierten Garantie.
Roland Scherrer kann sich das Recht vorbehalten, anstelle der Ersatzlieferung den Kaufpreis zurückzuerstatten.

ANGEWANDTE RECHTE UND GERICHTSORT
Sollte eine Norm dieser Vertrages nicht anwendbar sein, bleiben alle anderen anwendbar.
Copyright-Verletzungen werden an einem Schweizer Zivilgericht eingeklagt.
Auf diesem Vertrag wird das Schweizer Recht angewandt, Kanton Bern.
